No physical item will be shipped. Products are normally delivered through the customer’s SellAuth account, email, checkout page, or another delivery method stated on the product page.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product description, supported games, platforms, system requirements, license duration, product status, and setup instructions before purchasing.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, our software products are intended for compatible Windows PCs and do not support Xbox, PlayStation, or other consoles.
We do not guarantee compatibility with hardware, operating systems, game versions, or third-party software that is not specifically listed as supported.
Purchasing a product grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use it according to its product description and documentation.

You assume responsibility for reviewing applicable third-party rules and deciding whether to use a product. PettyModz does not guarantee that any product is permanently safe, undetected, or protected from future updates or enforcement actions.
Games, anti-cheat systems, operating systems, and third-party services may update without notice. These changes can temporarily or permanently affect product compatibility or availability.

We may update, replace, temporarily disable, or discontinue a product when necessary. Human-support response times and update completion times are not guaranteed.

PettyModz is not responsible for problems caused by unsupported systems, customer modifications, shared credentials, unofficial downloads, failure to follow instructions, or third-party changes outside our control.

PettyModz offers automated website assistance and access to human support through our official channels. Our AI assistant is available 24/7, but human-support availability and response times may vary.
AI-generated responses are provided for convenience. The product page, official documentation, live status page, and written decision of PettyModz support take priority if information conflicts.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, PettyModz’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
The PettyModz name, branding, website content, graphics, written materials, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party product names, game titles, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
We may update these Terms when our products, services, or legal obligations change. The updated version will display a new “Last updated” date.
The Terms presented at the time of purchase will govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s mandatory consumer laws apply.
